RETURNS:

Please ship your items using a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance on your package. Mystylemode is not responsible for any lost or stolen items we did not ship.
Upon receipt of item, inspection of the item will be conducted and it will be determined if a store credit is valid.

RETURN POLICY:

Any items shipped to Mystylemode will only be allowed to receive store credit on the item.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from receipt of the item.
Please allow 7-10 business days to receive an email regarding your store credit once receipt of the item.
Merchandise may not be worn, altered, washed, and "must" have all tags attached.
If merchandise is returned worn, altered, washed, unstained (free of makeup, deodorant, etc.) and/or without tags you will be charged shipping costs for the item to be returned back as the item is now damaged.
Original shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
Items that are returned back to Mystylemode that are not picked up, “undeliverable address”, or are refused by the customer will be assessed for a restocking fee and will be charged a $10 restocking fee

Items that are returned back to Mystylemode that are not picked up or fees not paid for customs will be charged $20 restocking fee.
